Your personal integrity is important to us. In this policy we will describe how we handle personal data according to the Swedish Data protection regulations, GDPR, when we are responsible for proessing and storing personal data.

What kind of personal data we collect, why we collect them and the legal background

We save contact details that we aquire from those who get in touch with us, plus eventual specific details in email correspondance, that form a part of requests and conversations that are needed in retrospect to ensure the content of the communication, and also to be able to retrieve it if needed. That means for example that if you use our contact form or email us we will save your email address and other details sent to us so that we will be able to reply to your email. The legal background for this proceedure is our legitimate interest in being able to communicate with customers and others whom it may concern. We will also save such personal data that are required to fulfil contracts with the registered person, and to fulfil our obligations according to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act.

Other recipients of collected personal details 

We will only share personal data that we have collected with somebody else if that is required according to the law or required by swedish authorities.

For how long will the personal data be saved and why

Contact details will be saved until further notice. The same applies to eventual specific details in emails that form part of enquiries and communications that are required to secure the content of the communication and also to be able to retrieve it if needed. Personal data will only be deleted upon request of a registered person. Personal data that are required for keeping accurate accounting records will be saved along with the bookkeeping for at least seven years.

Legal rights of the registered

If you are registered, you have the right to know what is registered about you. You also have right to request that we correct or delete the information that we have about you, provided that this request doesn´t collide with our obligations according to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. What cookies we have on our homepage and why we have them is listed below. No personal data from those will be processed, even if that is technically possible. The right to complain to the swedish supervising authority

Complaints about how we handle your personal data should be presented to the Swedish Data Inspection Board at either datainspektionen@datainspektionen.se or to Datainspektionen, Box 8114, 104 20 Stockholm.

Consequences if we cannot process the personal data

In order to be able to make and fulfil agreements with somebody, it is required that their personal data are processed. The same applies to other personal data connected to the contract in the specific case. Thereafter the personal data in these cases must be saved for at least seven years according to the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. If somebody refuses to provide their personal data for this purpose, no agreements can be reached. If somebody is requesting contact with us, but refuses to share their personal data, then no contact has been created. These are the foreseeable consequences of somebody refusing to provide their personal data to us.

Automatic decisionmaking and other purposes

We do not use automatic decisionmaking and the collected personal data will not be used for other purposes than above accounted for.

Cookies on the website

We use cookies exclusively to make the website work as well as possible, both technically and in terms of content. Google Analytics is used to control and improve the content of the website. We do not process user-specific information but are only interested in information in aggregate form, ie we investigate how many people visit the website and which pages are interesting to visitors. In this way, we ensure that we have relevant content on our website. Although Google Analytics has the capacity to process personal data, we do not use that capacity. It is not needed for our purpose. We only use Google Analytics to develop the website, but not for marketing or mailings of any kind. Our legal basis for using cookies is thus our need to be able to develop our website to suit those who use it, regardless of which individuals they are. Used to limit the request rate.

Used to determine new sessions / visits. The cookie is created when the javascript library is run and there are no existing __utmb cookies. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

__utmc End of session

Not used in ga.js. Specify for interoperability with urchin.js. Historically, this cookie worked in combination with the __utmb cookie to determine if the user was in a new session / visit.

__utmz 6 months

Stores the traffic source or campaign that explains how the user reached your site. The cookie is created when the javascript library is run and is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.

__utmv 2 years

Used to store custom variable data at visitor level. This cookie is created when a developer uses the _setCustomVar method with a custom variable for the visitor. This cookie was also used for the deleted _setVar method. The cookie is updated every time data is sent to Google Analytics.
